Jo is Director at Culture Consultancy, an award-winning agency that helps mid-market companies to maximise growth by evolving & transforming their culture. She is an expert on where commercial success, productivity and high-performance meet employee experience, wellbeing, and inclusion.
Jo specialises in providing thought leadership to CEOs and leadership teams to deliver sustainable performance improvements through outstanding people practices and digital enablement. She is passionate about the importance of people engagement as a driver of customer experience.
Prior to this, Jo was Head of HR at Goldman Sachs France and Switzerland and has 16 years’ experience working in leadership development and behavioural change for various investment banks across the globe.
